Getting started
SEBAS adjusts your product prices based on sales performance. After you install from the Shopify App Store:
- Open the app from Shopify Admin → Apps → SEBAS.
- Connect your store (or sign in if you use the app outside the admin).
- Complete payment setup when prompted.
- Go to Products, pick products or variants, and enable Smart Pricing.
- Use Run pricing or wait for the scheduled run to apply changes.
Connect a store
If you use the app inside Shopify Admin (embedded), your store is connected when you open the app. If you open the app directly in a browser:
- Sign up or log in with your email.
- Enter your shop domain (e.g. my-store.myshopify.com) and follow the OAuth flow to connect.
- After connecting, you'll see your products and can enable smart pricing.
Smart pricing
SEBAS uses your sales and order data to suggest price changes. You keep full control:
- Enable or disable per variant — only enabled items are updated.
- Run pricing — updates prices in Shopify for enabled variants.
- Pricing history — view what changed, when, and the impact. Revert or disable at any time.
Billing
Billing is usage-based. Complete payment setup before smart pricing can run.
- Open your user menu (top right) → Billing.
- Follow the flow to add a payment method and approve the charge.
- Your plan and usage are shown on the Billing page.
FAQ
- Can I turn off smart pricing for some products?
- Yes. Enable or disable at the product or variant level. Only enabled items are updated when you run pricing.
- How often do prices update?
- When you run pricing manually, or on the schedule set in your plan.
- Can I undo a price change?
- Yes. Use the pricing history for a variant to see past changes and revert. You can also disable smart pricing for that variant.

Troubleshooting
- Products not loading — ensure the store is connected and you've synced. Check Shopify scopes (products, orders).
- Smart pricing not running — complete payment setup in Billing. Ensure at least one variant has Smart Pricing enabled.
- "Store not connected" or auth errors — refresh and open the app again from Apps, or log in and reconnect the store.
